Henrik Appelgren, Instruktör och Guide

Hello!

 

My name is Henke, and I grew up in Stockholm. I am a certified Wilderness Guide and currently live in Åre, where I spend my winters working and enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities—whether it's ski touring, teaching skiing, guiding snowmobile tours, leading dog sledding trips, and much more.

 

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy themselves. Through positive experiences in nature, we can recharge our energy and challenge ourselves based on our own individual abilities and goals.

 

I’ve been paddling canoes and kayaks since childhood in places such as Stockholm, Jämtland, and Norway.

 

I’m really looking forward to meeting you this summer and creating many more adventures on the water together!
